Request deletion of your DhandaLeads account and associated personal data.
Use this page to request deletion of your DhandaLeads account. Enter the email address or phone number registered with your account. We will process your request and delete your account and eligible associated data according to our data retention and legal requirements.

What data will be deleted?
Once your request is confirmed, the following are permanently removed from our systems:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your password and any linked Google sign-in
- All active sessions and API keys
- Every lead and lead list you saved, including contact details, notes and AI icebreakers
- Your credit balance and credit usage history
- Your referral code, partnership earnings and withdrawal requests
- Marketing attribution data and WhatsApp or email conversation history with us
What may be retained?
We cannot delete everything immediately. These are kept, and only for the reasons given:
- GST tax invoices and payment records, kept with your name, email, phone and billing address removed. Indian tax law requires the financial record itself to be retained.
- Aggregate, non-identifying usage counts that cannot be traced back to you.
How we verify your request
This page does not require you to sign in, so we confirm ownership before deleting anything. After you submit the form we send a confirmation link to the email address and phone number already registered on the account, never to an address entered here. The account is deleted only when that link is opened, and the link expires after 24 hours. If someone else submits your details, nothing happens unless you act on the message yourself.
